Membership Agreement

The automatic renewal service refers to the service provided after a user activates Xevia membership, so that the membership can continue without interruption when the selected subscription period is about to expire.

If you choose to activate automatic renewal, you authorize Xevia and the applicable payment channel to charge the next subscription fee from your App Store account or another payment method connected to your Apple ID, subject to the payment channel rules and your selected plan.

Billing Cycle

Xevia may offer weekly, monthly, quarterly, yearly, or other subscription periods, subject to the plans displayed in the app and App Store purchase flow. After purchasing an automatic renewal service, the App Store may automatically charge your account and extend the membership for the corresponding billing cycle.

Automatic Debit Rules

If you activate automatic renewal, you agree that the payment channel may process the next billing cycle according to its rules when the current membership period is about to expire.

Unless you voluntarily cancel automatic renewal, your renewal authorization remains valid according to the payment channel rules. If the payment channel attempts renewal and your account balance or payment method is insufficient, renewal attempts may continue within the rules of the payment channel.

Once the payment is successful, Xevia membership for the corresponding billing cycle will be activated or extended. The amount charged is based on the subscription price displayed and confirmed through the App Store purchase flow, subject to any applicable promotion or platform rule.

Cancellation Method

On an Apple mobile device, open the App Store, tap the Apple account avatar, enter Account, choose Subscriptions, select Xevia, and cancel the subscription.

If your Apple ID uses a third-party payment method, cancellation and payment management may also be subject to the rules of that payment method. Subscription status updates may take time, and the status displayed by the App Store or Xevia will apply.

Before cancellation is completed successfully, your previous renewal authorization may remain valid. Fees already deducted before a completed cancellation may not be refunded except as required by App Store rules or applicable law.

Membership Benefits

Xevia membership may include access to ENTER 3D BIRD HALL and ad-free scene switching. Available benefits may vary by app version and will be shown in the app.
