User Agreement
This User Agreement governs your use of Xevia. By using the app, you agree to these terms. Xevia is intended for adults aged 18 and above.
Membership Notice: Xevia includes subscriptions and coin purchases. Please review the Membership Agreement before purchasing or enabling auto-renewal.

Permitted Use
You may use Xevia to organize bird observations, local audio files, field notes, prep archives, photos, and related personal discovery materials. You agree to use the app in a lawful, respectful, and responsible manner.
Field and AI Guidance
Xevia may provide possible bird candidates, visual identification references, field cues, habitat notes, and observation suggestions. These features are provided for general reference and personal organization. They should not be treated as professional, scientific, medical, safety, or legal advice.
User Materials
You are responsible for the photos, audio files, notes, and other materials you add to Xevia. You should only upload or save materials that you have the right to use. Xevia stores app materials locally on your device unless a user-initiated feature requires processing.
Purchases
Xevia offers coin purchases and subscriptions. Prices, billing terms, renewal periods, and cancellation options are displayed through the App Store purchase flow. Subscription access and coin balances are used only for app features described in the app.
Restrictions
You may not misuse Xevia, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineer protected parts of the app, or use the app in a way that violates applicable law or third-party rights.
Availability
We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of Xevia to improve quality, maintain security, or comply with platform requirements. Some features may depend on device capability, network access, or App Store purchase status.
Limitation of Liability
Xevia is provided for personal birding organization and discovery support. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from app use.
